The short version
No accounts. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Tiller Trace does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share project, photo, measurement, or usage data.

Information collected by the app
None. Tiller Trace has no account, developer-operated server, analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting service, or third-party software development kit that collects information. It makes no automatic network request.
What stays on your device
Project names, wood species, bow style and dimensions, target values, dates, session phases, force-draw samples, brace and tiller measurements, set or string-follow observations, mass, work zones, limb observations, notes, selected photos, and preferences may be stored in Tiller Trace’s private local container.
This information is used only to provide the records, charts, comparisons, reports, and backups you request. Y Corp Technologies cannot view or retrieve it.
Photos picker
Apple’s system Photos picker lets you grant access only to an image you select. Tiller Trace copies that selected image into local project storage. It does not request broad photo-library access and does not send the image to Y Corp Technologies.
PDF reports, backups, and sharing
PDF reports and `.tillertrace` backups leave the app only after you choose to export or share them through an Apple system interface. The app does not automatically publish, synchronize, or transmit an export.
If you choose iCloud Drive, a third-party Files provider, mail, messaging, or another destination, that provider may process the file under its terms and your settings. Tiller Trace does not choose the provider, and Y Corp Technologies does not receive the file.
Accounts, authentication, and third parties
There are no Tiller Trace accounts, authentication credentials, social features, or developer subprocessors. The app includes no third-party SDK. Apple provides the operating system, Photos picker, share sheet, Files interfaces, App Store distribution, and optional device backup.
Device backups and cloud sync
Tiller Trace does not provide cloud sync. Depending on your settings, iOS or iPadOS may include local app data in an encrypted iCloud or computer backup. Apple or the computer owner controls that backup; Y Corp Technologies cannot access it.
App Store purchases
Apple processes the paid download and may retain transaction information under Apple’s terms. Tiller Trace and Y Corp Technologies do not receive payment credentials. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Sharing, sale, and tracking
Tiller Trace does not sell data, share app data with Y Corp Technologies or advertisers, track users across apps or websites, or use data for advertising. User-directed export is the only app workflow that moves a project record outside the app container.
Retention, deletion, access, and correction
Local records remain until you edit or delete a project, delete associated media, or remove the app, subject to an Apple device backup you control. You can inspect, correct, export, or delete your records directly in the app. Y Corp Technologies cannot fulfill an app-data access request because it never receives that data.
Support correspondence
If you email support, you provide your email address, message, and any attachment you choose to Y Corp Technologies and the email providers used to deliver it. It is used only to answer the request and for necessary support recordkeeping, and it is not sold or used for advertising.
You may ask us to delete a support conversation, subject to any limited legal retention need. Do not send a full backup or workshop photo unless it is necessary and you choose to share it.
Children and international processing
Tiller Trace is a general-purpose craft utility and is not directed to children. Because the app collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. App records are not transferred internationally by Y Corp Technologies. An export destination or support email provider may process information where it operates.
Security
Local records benefit from Apple platform protections and your device passcode settings. No storage system is infallible. Maintain verified exports of important work and protect any destination where you place them.
Website privacy
This public page is hosted separately from the app. Website data handling is described in the Y Corp Technologies website privacy notice.
Policy changes
If Tiller Trace’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released. The effective date will also be revised.
