Motivation, not measurement
Muscle points, subgroup balance, current condition, and the five Crystallin forms are fictional motivational mechanics. They do not measure muscle growth, strength, endurance, symmetry, recovery, fatigue, readiness, training quality, fitness, health, or injury risk.
A stage remaining unlocked does not mean an area is currently conditioned. A condition reduction does not mean a muscle has physically detrained. Do not use either display to make a health, medical, rehabilitation, competition, or return-to-activity decision.
Age suitability
MettleKin is not a Kids Category app. Its workout and optional calorie-recording features are intended for adults. If a minor uses the app, a parent or guardian should decide whether each activity is appropriate, provide suitable supervision, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
MettleKin has no account, chat, social feature, or user-generated content. Its optional calorie total does not set, recommend, or evaluate a child’s food or energy intake and should not be used for that purpose.
Exercise ideas are approximate
MettleKin maps common exercises to approximate primary and supporting subgroups and filters ideas by equipment selected by the user. It does not observe the exercise, assess form, know the resistance or range of motion, verify equipment, evaluate a facility, or account for age, disability, pregnancy, medication, illness, pain, injury, training history, sleep, recovery, or medical restrictions.
A suggested exercise is not a personal program or a statement that the exercise, volume, effort, load, speed, frequency, or progression is appropriate. Skip any suggestion that does not fit qualified guidance and the actual situation.
Use qualified guidance
Follow current instructions and warnings for the equipment and facility being used. People who are new to exercise, returning after a break, managing a health condition or injury, or unsure what activity is appropriate should obtain individualized advice from a qualified healthcare or exercise professional with the relevant credentials in their jurisdiction.
MettleKin support can explain app behavior. It cannot provide medical, physical-therapy, rehabilitation, nutrition, coaching, or equipment-safety advice.
Check the real environment
Before an activity, inspect the actual space, equipment, attachments, floor, footwear, clearances, and any needed safety devices. Keep the iPhone or iPad where it will not distract, obstruct movement, create a trip hazard, or interfere with spotting, supervision, guards, controls, or emergency access. Stop the activity before entering data when screen interaction would divide attention.
Stop when something is wrong
Stop the activity and move to a safe condition if pain, faintness, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, loss of balance, loss of control, equipment damage, an unsafe environment, or another concerning symptom or condition occurs. Seek appropriate qualified help. The absence of a MettleKin warning never means it is safe to continue.
No emergency function
MettleKin does not monitor vital signs, detect injury, contact anyone, or provide emergency alerts or response. In an emergency, stop using the app and contact the emergency service appropriate to the user’s location or follow the facility’s emergency procedure.
Calories are an optional note
MettleKin records only positive calorie amounts entered manually by the user and may compare the total with a target the user chose. It does not identify foods, verify an entry, recommend an intake, estimate calories burned, track nutrients or macros, subtract activity, account for a health condition, or determine whether a total or target is safe or appropriate.
A missing day means “Not tracked,” not zero intake, fasting, or a failure. Missing calorie entries never reduce Crystallin’s progress or freshness. Do not use the feature to diagnose or manage an eating disorder, diabetes, pregnancy, a medical diet, weight change, or another nutrition-related condition. Seek qualified care for those needs.
No guaranteed outcome
Variation in exercise choice does not by itself create a complete or appropriate training program. MettleKin makes no promise that using the app will improve strength, appearance, health, adherence, performance, energy balance, or any other outcome. Local laws, facility rules, professional guidance, and manufacturer instructions take priority over anything displayed in the app.
Questions and reports
For a safety-related app behavior, visit MettleKin support or email mannykin333@gmail.com with MettleKin version 1.0, device and OS, the screen involved, and the behavior observed. Do not delay an urgent physical or medical response to report software, and do not include private health information.
