Who is responsible
Sand Draw is presented by Ekky Ekky Games, the gaming division of Ekky Ekky LLC. Ekky Ekky LLC is responsible for the app's data practices and any support messages sent to the studio. Apple and Google handle information for their own purchase, advertising, consent, and platform services under their respective policies.
Local app data
Finished pictures stay in a local notebook, and Journey, coloring-book, and Free Draw unfinished drawings recover independently after an interruption. Sand Draw also stores color and tool choices, feedback settings, progress, earned Mystic Sand balances, page ownership, purchase preferences, purchase records needed to deliver Mystic Sand and avoid duplicate processing, and saved artwork on the device. Ekky Ekky LLC does not receive this local gameplay data through an account or its own analytics service.
Photos and sharing
On iPhone and iPad, Save to Photos asks for permission to add that picture to the photo library. On Android, Sand Draw saves the chosen picture to Pictures/Sand Draw using the system media service, without requesting access to your existing photos. Share opens the platform's share sheet so you can select the destination. Android grants the selected receiving app temporary access to the exported picture; old temporary share files are cleaned up after seven days when another picture is shared. Files sent to another app or service are handled by that destination.
Purchases
On iPhone and iPad, optional purchases use Apple StoreKit. Apple handles payment information. Sand Draw keeps the transaction information needed to grant Mystic Sand and avoid processing the same transaction twice. Mystic Sand packs are consumable and do not remove ads. The separate Remove Ads purchase is the only purchase that removes ads and remains restorable through Apple. Family Sharing is disabled for Sand Draw's in-app purchases. Apple's handling is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
Android purchases, when available, use Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details; Sand Draw receives purchase information such as the product, transaction identifier, purchase token, and purchase status to verify and deliver the purchase. Purchase and entitlement records are stored on the device to prevent duplicate delivery. Restore Purchases can restore an owned Remove Ads purchase through the same Google Play account; it cannot recover consumed Mystic Sand or local artwork after app data is deleted. Purchases and progress do not transfer between Apple and Google Play. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Google advertising components
For players who are not ad-free, Google Mobile Ads can request a non-personalized interstitial after leaving the completion screen for the first completion of Level 6 and every second journey level after it. Re-coloring a completed level does not count. Google User Messaging Platform handles any required consent flow before the first request. Ads are non-personalized, and Sand Draw does not build its own cross-app advertising profile. When Google requires privacy options to remain available, Settings includes a Privacy Choices control.
Google Mobile Ads and its consent service can process a device or account identifier, IP address and estimated general location, advertising data, product interaction, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data for advertising, consent, analytics, fraud prevention, and reliability. On Android, these can include the advertising ID and app set ID. Non-personalized ads do not mean that no information is collected or shared with Google. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
Google's consent service checks which privacy choices are required when you open the app, including after you purchase Remove Ads. Remove Ads stops in-app ads; it does not disable these consent checks.
Intended audience
Sand Draw's Android edition is intended for adults. The iPhone and iPad edition is intended for a general audience, not specifically for children. The app does not ask for a name, email address, date of birth, account, or profile. Advertising is non-personalized and limited to Google's general content rating; Sand Draw does not make an age-based profile of the user.
Retention and deletion
Individual notebook pictures can be deleted in the app. An unfinished drawing is replaced or cleared as you continue, complete, or deliberately replace work in that creative area. Sand Draw does not currently provide one control that deletes every local setting, progress record, purchase record, and drawing at once. Removing the app deletes its local data from that device; clearing Android app storage also removes its local data. Apple device or computer backups may retain app data according to the device owner's settings. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for Sand Draw's app data; do not rely on reinstalling the app to recover drawings or consumed currency. Exported pictures remain with the destination selected by the user. There is no developer-run account, cloud-sync service, or artwork backup service.
Your choices and privacy requests
You control iOS Photos permission in system Settings, user-directed sharing through the platform's share sheet, and any Privacy Choices control that Google requires Sand Draw to display. Because local artwork and progress are not sent to Ekky Ekky LLC, the studio cannot view, export, correct, or delete those records for you. For information contained in a support message, contact the studio to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Android also provides advertising-ID controls in system Settings. Google's services manage their own retention and privacy requests under Google's policy. Deleting local Sand Draw data does not automatically delete information held by Apple, Google, or a destination you shared a picture with.
Security and international processing
Sand Draw uses app-private on-device storage for local work and relies on Apple's and Google's protected connections for their services. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Apple and Google may process service data in countries other than your own under their policies and applicable safeguards.
Support messages
If you email mannykin333@gmail.com, we use the message and any attachments to answer the request. Messages are kept only as reasonably necessary for the response, follow-up, security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations, then deleted when practical. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is needed.
Changes
This policy will be updated before a material change to Sand Draw's data practices is released.
